On December 16, 2016, North O’ahu Hometown Opportunities was granted a corporate charter by the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawai’i. The corporation will now begin the process of obtaining an IRS determination letter as a 501(3)(c) charitable organization.
